Michel Lafleur - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Michel Lafleur is an accomplished senior executive with over 30 years experience in the security industry. He began his career at Pinkerton Security where he progressively held positions of increased responsibility including the position of Executive Vice-President of Sales for North America. After leaving Pinkerton Security, M. Lafleur founded Avant-Garde Security in Montreal, Quebec, in 1998, which quickly became one of the leading full service providers of security services in the province. He then sold the company in 2005 to concentrate his efforts on the development of next generation PVADR security surveillance systems.  

Mark Montesi – President

Mark Montesi is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience. He began his career at Pinkerton Security where he worked in technology sales . He later joined Northern Computers as Eastern Canadian Sales Manager. Following the acquisition of Northern Computers by Ademco Security and shortly after by Honeywell, Mark was appointed Canadian Sales Director. M. Montesi built the division into one of the country’s largest supplier of security access control equipment before joining forces with M. Lafleur to found Blue Mountain Security Manufacturers.

Roy Park – Vice-President Business Development

Roy Park started his career in the security industry in 1995 as the Regional Sales Manager responsible for the Ontario market at Northern Computers. Following the acquisition of Northern Computers by Ademco Security and shortly after by Honeywell, Roy was appointed Canadian Sales manager. Before joining Blue Mountain Security Manufacturers, Roy was most recently Director of Sales for the Canadian market at Integral Technologies.
